🚀 Veera: Scaling a Web3 Product from 0 to 1M+ Users
Role: Product Manager (Product, Growth & Marketing)

When I joined Veera, it was a mobile browser on the brink of a Web3 pivot. I led the end-to-end product development and go-to-market strategy for this transformation — and helped the company acquire 1.1 million users, maintaining 50K DAUs in a highly competitive market.
Key Highlights:
Web3 Pivot & Product-Led Growth: Spearheaded the transition into Web3 with a decentralized product suite — including a non-custodial wallet, dApp store, and browser extension for DeFi users.
Swap Functionality Launch: Designed and rolled out a new swap feature with improved UX, serving as a high-retention engagement hook.
Growth Strategy Execution: Targeted user segments across channels, leading to the acquisition of 10K+ extension users and measurable increases in retention.
Revenue & Partnerships: Secured 20+ strategic partnerships for the dApp store, generating recurring revenue of $10K/month.

🤖 Asva Labs: Shaping the Future of Tokenized AI Agents

At Asva Labs, I’m contributing to one of the most forward-thinking projects in Web3: building a framework-agnostic AI agent development platform for the crypto finance ecosystem. My mandate is clear — design, build, and scale the tools that will power the next generation of tokenized agents.
What I’m Building:
AI Agent Platform: Aggregating multiple ML/AI frameworks into a Python-native interface, making it easier for developers to build crypto-specific agents.
Initial Agent Offerings (IAOs): Creating a launchpad that allows agent creators to raise funds — similar to ICOs but tailored for AI.
Staking-Based Validation: Implementing contribution-based and staking-powered mechanisms to build ecosystem trust and incentivize quality.
This project pushes the boundaries of what’s possible — combining AI, smart contracts, tokenomics, and decentralized trust models.
🧠 LCX: Leading Product & Growth Across Exchange, Tokenization, and DeFi

At LCX, I led product and growth strategy across three major verticals:
Centralized Exchange
Tokenized Real-World Assets (Diamonds)
Decentralized Finance Platform (DEX aggregator, token launches)
My work spanned product development, GTM, liquidity, and SEO — creating tangible value for both institutional and retail users.
Key Highlights:
Centralized Exchange: Managed listings on major exchanges including Coinbase and Kraken, expanding LCX token’s global visibility. Worked closely with market makers to improve liquidity across 60+ trading pairs.
Tokenized Diamonds (RWAs): Played a strategic role in bringing tokenized luxury assets to market, overseeing UX improvements, content strategy, and building trust through user education and regulation-aware design.
DeFi Platform: Built and scaled a DEX aggregator from scratch, achieving $100K+ daily volume. Launched a successful ICO and organically raised $210K without any marketing spend.
Growth & Marketing: Executed GTM strategies that improved efficiency by 20% and reduced cost by 10%. Authored SEO-optimized blogs that boosted visibility by 20%, and conducted UX interviews that cut bounce rate by 10%.

Before Web3, I cut my teeth in one of India’s most intense sales orgs — BYJU’S. Within just three months, I generated ₹1 Cr (10M INR) in revenue. More than just a sales role, it taught me communication, resilience, and the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments — traits that still shape how I lead today.
